Pizza with figs

Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 10ml dried yeast
- 250ml water
- 5ml salt
- 2.5ml sugar
- 20ml olive oil
- 3 fresh figs, sliced
- 50g cream cheese
- Handful of white grapes, halved
- Handful of pecans
- 1 pear, sliced
- Fresh mint, to taste
Directions
- Mix the flour with the sugar, salt and yeast. Then add the water, kneading continuously to form a dough.
- Leave to rise for a few hours in a warm place.
- Preheat oven to 230c.
- Knead dough again. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out to create a thin pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 mins, until cooked through.
- Brush the pizza with olive oil and allow to cool slightly.
- Top with cream cheese then figs, grapes, pear, pecans and mint leaves.
